RPS was formed in 2011 to provide the Western Canadian market with high-pressure industrial cleaning product solutions. We have quickly grown our product offerings and greatly expanded into the oil and gas markets of Alberta and northern British Columbia. Located in Leduc, Alberta, we are well situated to service all of western Canada.

Renzo brings over 25 years of industry experience to his new role as Vice President of RPS Canada. With a robust background in operations, sales, and customer service, he eagerly embraces the challenge of leading RPS into its next phase of growth.

Pinto Bali

Operations Manager

Pinto is excited to apply his nearly 20 years of experience in the high-pressure product industry to his new role as Canadian Operations Manager. Starting from entry-level positions and advancing into management, Pinto possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, including shipping, production, sales, and purchasing. His extensive background uniquely qualifies him to handle a wide range of operational challenges.

Mike Straub

Sales Director

Promoted to Canadian Sales Director in 2024, Mike has rapidly expanded his product knowledge since joining RPS in early 2021. His entrepreneurial spirit and keen attention to detail not only foster strong relationships with existing customers but also cultivate new ones. Specializing in automation, tooling, pumps, and rental equipment, Mike’s technical approach to the industrial cleaning industry ensures seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.

Chris Campbell

Regional Account Manager

Chris joined the RPS team in 2020 after spending four years with our parent company, Shape Technologies. Based in our Burlington office in Eastern Canada, Chris leverages his extensive knowledge of Waterblast tooling and automation to deliver industry-leading customer service. His deep understanding of the market and his customer-first mentality position him perfectly to support the growth of our Eastern Canadian footprint.

Barry Mctavish

Service Technician

Barry joined RPS in January 2022 as our Lead Service Technician, bringing over 30 years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Millwright. His extensive hydraulics, mechanics, and fabrication knowledge empowers RPS to maintain and service all the equipment we rent and sell.
